If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept all returns and exchanges (with exception of final sale items and special orders) of unused or defective merchandise with all tags in place accompanied by the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number within the given time frames:

A request for a full refund may be made within seven (7) calendar days following the date of delivery.

An exchange or request for store credit may be made within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Items that are marked as "Final Sale" on the product page or are special orders cannot be exchanged, refunded, or compensated for with store credit.

Return Instructions

1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and an optional prepaid return label by email by completing our online Easy Returns & Exchanges form or call a customer service representative at (323) 908-7890.

2. Once you receive your RMA, repackage your return item in the original packaging and reference the RMA # on the packing slip or invoice.

3. Ship the item(s) back within 3 business days of receiving your RMA#:

If you are using a fedex email return label, you can drop your return package off at any authorized FedEx return location. Find the nearest Fedex return location here! Fedex Kinkos has complimentary packaging tape and return label slips to help you prepare your return.

If you choose to send your return with a different carrier, you will be responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Feng Junk Accessories will not be responsible for lost packages

The item must be returned in its original packaging in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.

4. After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, a full refund will be issued within 14 calendar days.
