The cost of the prepaid email return label is $7.95 and will be deducted from your refund amount (the fee is waived for exchanges). This covers the cost of freight, insurance and delivery notification. If you elect to opt out of this service and ship with a different carrier, make sure to send the package insured and with delivery/tracking confirmation. We are not responisble for lost packages.
